Services
Therapy
Sessions for school-aged children are 20-25 minutes and may include the parents/guardian or family if appropriate. Sessions for teens and adults are 45-55 minutes and may include the spouse/partner or family if appropriate. The primary method is conversation-based ("talk therapy") and a variety of art, music, mindfulness, and movement may be included depending on the needs of the client.
I accept Aetna, Apostrophe, BCBS TX PPO, Bright Health, Cigna, Medicare, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, TriWest, and United. I also offer a sliding scale for those without insurance or those that choose not to use their insurance. Sliding scale agreements are personalized for each client during the intake and assessment process. If you have a financial hardship and feel you qualify for a reduced rate below my sliding scale, please contact me via Open Path to get started.
The No Surprises Act 2022 aims to eliminate surprise billing in healthcare. Due to the nature of therapy, it is not always possible to provide the total cost of treatment. However, I can provide you with a Good Faith Estimate upon your request to help you budget for the investment of therapy.
